What we provide

A written listing package (titles, descriptions, and recommendations) for your short-term rental, based on the package you choose: a Listing Tune-Up for a live listing, or a New Listing Launch for a listing you have not yet published. This is a writing service only. We do not access, manage, or change your Airbnb, VRBO, or other accounts, and we do not handle pricing, guest messages, or guest payments.

How it's made

Packages are drafted with the help of AI tools using only the information you provide, and a person reviews each package before delivery. Items we cannot confirm are marked [confirm]. You are responsible for checking that everything you publish is accurate and follows each platform's rules.

Payment and delivery

Work begins after payment clears. Delivery times are counted in business days from payment (or from receiving your completed intake form, if later). Packages are delivered by email.

Revisions

Each package includes one free revision, requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

If your package is not delivered by its due date, you receive a full refund on request. Before work starts, you may cancel for a full refund. After delivery, refunds are at our discretion.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, rankings, or reviews. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Your content

You keep ownership of your listing. On full payment, you may use the delivered text however you like. We may use anonymized excerpts as examples only with your permission.
